The snow fight was amazing! We buried Amanda (Katie forced her down to the ground actually; someone passing by seemed concerned that Amanda was actually being attacked) and then Katie. Katie's burial mound was probably better given that we, or rather Rosh, fashioned it into the shape of a mermaid. Then a YDN photographer came along and took a picture of her.

And then, both Mitchell and Shara popped up out of nowhere and suddenly it was a full fledged snowball fight. I definitely lost given that I received no less than four snowballs in my face.

I'll post pictures in a few hours.
I'm providing this much needed update only because a blizzard has engulfed Yale and therefore the lab isn't open today.

Anyways, what to say? It's snowing. Did I mention that? The snow is coming down so hard that some people have an umbrella. Being a Canadian, I'm supposed to be used to this. However, in Calgary I never actually walked outside when it was snowing. Here, getting anywhere involves long treks across campus so now I'm constantly surrounded by a flurry of flakes.

Speaking of snow, today at 4PM is our snow fight or "snow building activity" as Amanda would prefer to call it. So, come! Providing anyone to whom this message would be applicable actually reads this thing on a semi-regular basis.
